With sacred plants and magic knots we call forth the spirits of the field to join with us for the potency of our work int he field, and we return the energy of our breath with chants and prayers for peace and wellbeing for those who live around us.
Materials needed:
Length of red ribbon / cord. Marigold flowers, St Johns Wort, Nettle, Rosemary. Pen and paper. A candle.
